Crown dri­ve wheel 250×75–80mm

A dri­ve wheel for for­k­lift trucks, which is made of poly­ure­tha­ne mate­ri­al, is a spe­ci­fic com­po­nent part of a for­k­lift truck. Poly­ure­tha­ne is a high qua­li­ty poly­ure­tha­ne-elas­to­mer com­pound that is wide­ly used in the for­k­lift indus­try due to its excel­lent wear resis­tance, abra­si­on resis­tance and load bea­ring capacity.

The dri­ve wheel, which is made of poly­ure­tha­ne, is usual­ly loca­ted on the dri­ve axle of the for­k­lift truck. Its func­tion is to trans­mit the rota­tio­nal move­ment of the dri­ve motor to the wheels, thus moving the vehic­le for­ward or back­ward. The poly­ure­tha­ne mate­ri­al pro­vi­des high trac­tion on various sur­faces, inclu­ding slip­pery flo­ors or uneven ter­rain, while mini­mi­sing wear on the wheels.
